Construction Financing Financing for our customer’s home projects is available through a variety of lenders. Each lender has their guidelines and application procedures. In these economic times financing programs may change frequently. In general, lenders are requiring good credit and a down payment. This down payment can range from 5% on up depending on your situation and the location of the land on which you are building. Generally, financing is available in all 50 states and we do not offer financing sources for international projects.
